Patrick Morton
Patrick Morton is a Birmingham-area real estate professional and Property Manager with Morton Real Estate Group, a locally owned, family-operated company serving Birmingham and the surrounding communities. A Vestavia Hills native and former collegiate soccer player at the University of Montevallo, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA.
With experience in property management, residential real estate, and preparing homes for the rental market, Patrick brings a hands-on, investment-minded approach to every property he manages. He focuses on protecting investments, improving properties, and creating positive experiences for both owners and tenants.
At Morton Real Estate Group, Patrick specializes in responsive management, strategic marketing, efficient tenant placement, and proactive maintenance to help owners maximize their long-term returns. Outside of real estate, he enjoys staying involved in the Birmingham community, coaching, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Michael Morton
Drew Morton is a Birmingham native, real estate broker, and seasoned finance professional with deep roots in Alabama. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, he worked at KPMG for 2.5 years, where he earned his CPA and built a strong foundation in accounting and financial strategy.
In 2018, Drew joined BDry to help turn the company around, spending six years leading its growth and operations. Today, he serves as a broker with Morton Real Estate Group alongside his brothers while also working as a CFO for multiple companies. His blend of local insight, financial expertise, and hands-on business leadership gives clients a strategic, numbers-driven approach to real estate and property management.
His goal is to maximize profits for owners and provide a premium renter experience that keeps people coming back. Outside of real estate, he enjoys time with family, staying involved in the community, going to festivals, and pushing himself mentally and physically with the long-term goal of completing an Ironman.
